Income based repayment

Hi everyone,
I had this in the general residency forum, but I realize I should have set this up here.
I signed up for email alerts about the income based repayment program, and I received one the other today that I thought would be beneficial for all of us to check out. There is new legislation HR 2492 that could make IBR no longer subject to income tax after 25 years of repayment. If you are interested in looking at this, here is the link:
