Medical In-state residents vs non residents mcat scores and grades

do state resident applicants have lower grades/mcat scores to get into your state school like MA, CT, NY, WV etc? than non residents?

I don't know if AAMC posts stats for applicants by state residency in a table, but it makes sense for the publics. Need to look that up.
