If a mouse is immunized with BSA, what would happen in his peripheral lymph nodes after the first and after the second injection of antigen?

Bovine Serum Albumin or Broad Spectrum Antibiotics are all that come to my mind but it could be some type of antigen.

This seems very broad, but when you inject an antigen that has not been in the body before, a primary immune response will result and memory cells will be formed. At the second injection, the lag phase will be removed due to the secondary response. A primary response will last anywhere from 4 - 10 days and a secondary 18 - 36 hours.
