Suny Buffalo, has an online application. but when i had enquired they said that they need the applicant to be a permanent resident or a US citizen. their deadline is 1st February. hope this helps.

i applied to stony brook and they also received my application. i know that becuase they have cashed my application fee check. but i havent heard anything from them and also i m not able to communicate with them. do u know any contact no or email address through which i can contact them?
