what did the pharmacist do wrong to get fired?? imcompetent? lazyness?? too many mistakes?? not getting along with other members??? ( or too sexy??..hehehe...j/k )

Hospital politics thing I think. She aligned with the union workers in the pharmacy who hate the administration, which is overbearing at our institution. ****ing VP of Quality Control acts like she is the queen of the hospital. Our DOP does whatever she tells him to do, and if you piss her off, she'll get him to fire you.

She fired a clinical pharmacist at our hospital because of a discrepancy in narcotics. Apparently the clinical pharmacist discovered the discrepancy on a Saturday. Since our DOP is Jewish, she decided to wait till Monday to contact him about it. Apparently, she was supposed to report it to the VP of Quality Control.
