i need to get some training in hospital to have agood experince
how can i get it in canda or in usa

just to konw i want to take it next summer for short period two or three monthes

In the US, third- and fourth-year students train in the hospital. That's where the experience comes from. The way you describe it, you're already in your third year, and yet you want to get some experience. So it's a little confusing what you mean.

you'd be better off asking this is the Allopathic or Osteopathic forum. Here in the US medical students get a Bachelor's degree, then move on to medical school, so most people are not going to know how to really help you. I would ask someone at your school first.
