I am searching for Family Medicine Felloship without attending any resedency programms

Hi , i am a family physician holding MRCGP UK , Diploma in Public Health and Diploma in Occupational & Environmental Medicine.

I need to have a Fellowship in Family Medicine ...But the Problem is that i don't have time to do residency programs

So , i need to attend only the exam. as the examinations of the Royal College in UK.

Please , any doctor can help me in this issue.
