HSS Regional Fellowship

I know this is a longshot, but is there anyone who is going to do a regional fellowship at HSS next year, but wants to get out of it and give me their spot? My wife just matched in NYC for a year fellowship in a different field and I'd rather do a one year fellowship (but I can't stand cardiac or pain) than do a one year job. Let me know if you'd like to get out of it, but haven't because you don't want to feel like you backstabbing them.
