Soo I finished undergrad with a 3.3 in cell and molecular biology and just got: 20PA, 15QR, 19RC, 18Bio, 22GC, 19OC with a 19AA on the DAT today.
I want to focus on how the admissions board will look at my DAT scores, and if they will compare them to my undergrad grades when doing so. Reason being is because I got 15 on QR but I aced all my math classes (including calc1) in undergrad. The funny thing is I spent so much time studying for the QR so I really knew how to do 90% of the questions, but since it was the last section and I was getting tired, I let time get the best of me. I spent too much time on like 3 problems and it set me back so I ended up not answering like 5 QR questions (the only section I didn’t finish with at least 5 minutes to review!!). That being said I could have easily gotten a 20 or higher if I stayed on track but **** happens lol.
So how do you guys think the dental schools will view this?
