How to submit Step 2 CK?

Hi Guys,

For Step 1, I did the YES and NO options (in whichever order you were supposed to do it), but now I want to submit my Step 2 CK (have not done CS yet). Do I just hit the "resubmit" button to send CK? Thanks!
