How to study for the histo path questions?

Hello,

I will be taking step I in less than a week. I am pretty confident, just tying up the lose ends at this point.

One of my weaknesses is being able to look at a histo image and make a diagnosis from it. Same goes for x-rays.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can improve on this? Any resources?

Simplest suggestion is to google images for histology of what ever disease your looking at. I also used librepathology.org

I had looked for some resource to walk me through histology as a whole but never found anything beyond pathology resources

So I know you already took the exam (hope it went well).........but for readers who have yet to write it, I have found the images in First Aid and USMLE Rx to have good representations of most of the histology questions that you will find in UWorld and other practice question banks.

I found Klatt’s Atlas of Pathology very helpful for histo slides aside from your basic Histo text, Ross & Pawlina in my case
