How to open up a brand new INTEGRATED healthcare center

Hello to all! I am brand new to this site and joined primarily to get information on how to go about opening up an integrated healthcare center. I'm located in Las Vegas, NV and other than the VA, very few places cater to the integrated healthcare model. I'm going to graduate ASU in the spring with a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree and now I need to figure out how people go about opening up healthcare clinics/centers. Things that I am curious about are...how to partner up with doctors who also want to be part of a group practice, how to pick a location, how to get financing, etc. If anyone has any insights, especially anyone who has already accomplished this, please post whatever information you think would be beneficial. I appreciate it!

Maybe look at how wellness centers are setup around the country. I know Cleveland Clinic has one. Contact Michael Roizen. I think it's cool you want to do this, integrative health and nutrition is huge right now and I don't see it going away. I think more and more primary care doctors will be doing this sort of stuff too bc it has the potential to be a cash only type setup.
