How to find chart review with I&O’s on epic canto/Haiku

Hey guys,

I’m using Canto on my iPad and haiku on my android tablet and I’m having trouble finding the chart review button that usually shows up on the left side on the desktop, where I can access the IOs.

If anyone could help me out it would be appreciated.
