How good i must in german to apply

HI

i am now in A1 in Goethe institute and i wish to apply this summer semester
will i have the chance to get admission in any German university and learn the language afterwords meaning that i be enrolled in extra semesters before studying medicine
or they accept people who are very good in German only.

I'm not sure, but I'm a med student from Germany, and I did an exchange year in Spain with the Erasmus program, and the Spaniards who came to Germany told me B1 was required for them. I know that it's required for healthcare professionals who want to start practicing in Germany/work at a hospital, there it might even be B2 but I'm not sure if this is relevant for your situation.

You would have to take the TestDaf exam prior to applying medicine in Germany. You also have to take a very competitive entrance exam in maths, physics, chemistry and biology.
