when do u remove the sheets and drape it over them?

First of all, don't stress it.

Sure, that greeting is just fine, along with many other variations there of. Everyone seems to make a big deal of draping, but it really isn't. There is a folded sheet on a chair seperate from the exam table. If you going to do an abdominal exam or any other exam where you need a drape, just simply have them sit/lay on the table, and place it in the appropriate area. Just use common sense. That is the best advice for any part of CS.
