how do u know your ERAS is complete?

So i still have to have my picture uploaded by my school and my letters and i guess that will happen over the next couple of weeks, but how do i know when i "submit' that it has everything it's supposed to? and is it worth it to apply even though my letters won't be in for a couple of weeks?

Yes, you should submit now. Some programs will grant you interviews even if all of your LORs aren't in yet.
