I'm wondering how I would network with medical schools I intend to apply to. I understand that some schools have a "virtual tour day" or something along those lines, but those seem to happen maybe once a year. Are there other options to network with the school on a more regular basis?

Show up for their events, log into virtual chats. Probably unlikely that they will actually remember you when you apply, but you may get some tips and pearls for things they are looking for.

You are not likely to get more than one opportunity per year. Some med schools will visit feeder schools on an annual basis to talk to prospective students. There is a med school fair held in conjunction with the National Student Medical Association, always Easter weekend, and aimed at students of color. There may be similar events (like grad fairs) in your area sponsored by pre-med clubs, etc.
