How do I know if I am competitive

I am tempted to only rank a couple of programs because of wanting a certain location. I am worried I would end up with nothing though. I wish I knew how competitive I was compared to other candidates.

I have a 3.6 GPA, second quarter of my class, USMLE scores in 220's. Any idea where I stand in the applicant pool?

Any advice for upcoming interviews?!

The programs I talked to really consider a lot of factors for physiatry including letters, personality (the interview), and personal statement. So, I think it would be hard to assess strictly on numbers. Pershaps, residents may have something concrete to tell you.
