Hottest Cities for real estate

What cities are the hottest right now in terms of real estate appreciation?

I read an article that said Tamil Nadu was in the lead state wise with regards to economic growth.

I am guessing as follows....

Chennai (southeast)
Banglore
Coimbatore
Hyderbad
Pune

anything else.....are there any smaller cities that are attracting large amounts of foreign investment?

any word on Pondicherry?

Smaller cities - Hosur, just south of Bangalore. Starting to get all the spillover from Bangalore.

Of course, Chennai and Hyderabad are great cities for real estate investment. TN is growing and has great potential for growth. Coimbatore is a good city to invest too.

Are there any companies you know of that will check up on real estate investments and prevent someone from building a home there for 6 yrs after which it is theirs?

I never new of Hosur....is property fairly reasonably priced around there.

i know Chennai has a water problem....big time......Hosur must be like a water lovers paradise!
