location aside, just curious if anyone has any input regarding Hopkins or Columbia, as i know little about hopkins other than what i saw on the interview day. I am not looking for a very competitive fellowship, but do want a rigorous and educational residency with broad exposure to all kinds of diseases and patient populations.
