Holding multiple acceptances and waiting for your first choice or deciding

I was wondering if anyone is holding multiple acceptances and waiting to hear from your first choice or if you are still trying to decide where to go.

Could you list where you are holding acceptances.

Could you list your first choice.

I've gotten accepted @ NYCOM and PCOM. My first choice is UMDNJ-SOM and my second choice is VCOM. I have not heard from NJ after I sent them my secondary app. And VCOM waitlisted me. So unless, VCOM takes me off the waitlist within the next two weeks, I guess I'll have to make a desicion between PCOM or NYCOM. I know they are both really good schools, but they were not my first choice. I'm looking @ how both schools ranked on national board performance and opportunities for residency for both schools and I'm going to make my desicion based on that.
