If a school tells you that you aren't being offered an interview now, but that your file will be re reviewed at a later date. Does that mean you're on a "hold"? If not, what is it? I've gotten this from Drexel and Loyola now

yep, it means you're on hold for a possible interview. Got a couple of those myself.
