For those going into private practice, are you all going to hire NPs and PAs? In my area, almost all of the family doctors have midlevels.

Will never hire an NP. Will consider a PA when I reach 25 to 30 patients per day. Their schedule will be loaded q15 for 8 hours a day with 1 hour for lunch....coughs, colds, flu, stable DM/HTN, physicals....they are midlevels, not physicians...
