High School Grant Question

During my time in high school, I was the leader of a club that provides community service. I applied for and was awarded a major international grant to fund a service project in my community. After winning this grant, we were able to keep doing the project every year and now it is an annual event. Would this be okay to add to my application? I know the rule of thumb is to not add anything from high school if you didn’t continue for a substantial amount of time in college.
