High GPA (3.84) but low MCAT (500).

So my cGPA is 3.84 with an sGPA is 3.7 with a strong upward trend. However, my MCAT is low 500 (127/122/125/126). Is there a chance I can at least get an interview with a DO school with a GPA and MCAT? I have tons of hours as a hospice volunteer and other extracurriculars. Please let me know. Thanks!

If we're just going on your metrics, the GPA/MCAT grid says that 60% of applicants with 3.80+/498-501 represent become DO matriculants between 2019 and 2021 entry (matriculation rate). In contrast the same group has a 28.3% AMCAS acceptance rate (offers).
