you can also add contrast induced ATN/AIN. It is not uncommon to need a study with contrast even in the setting of ARF, IE: a STEMI with an initial CR of 6...they still get contrast during the cath and mucomyst and bicarb aint gonna stop the ATN. So you cath them, stent them and then dialyse them.
