Hemiparesis in Multiple Sclerosis

Hey everyone,
Just had a general question regarding MS. One of the questions from a Qbank I did mentioned that distal lower extremity muscle weakness is not seen in MS-- is that true? FA on the other hand, says hemiparesis is present, just wanted some clarification.

You can get any neurological deficit with MS; it just depends on where the demyelination is occurring in that patient at that time. If there is demyelination of the left corticospinal tract at C6, for example, then the patient will have left hemiparesis below C6.
