:) Hi people, just curious to know if it is possible after hem-onc fellowship to do 1. radiation oncology
2. pain management.
3. Is there a combine program out there that is only 2 years for hem-onc fellowship?

1. rad onc is a separate specialty and it's own residency
2. pain managment usually falls under anesthesiology, and sometimes PMR or psychiatry. I suppose that any internist could specialize in "pain management" by focusing his or her practice on it and learning more about it if they chose to though.
3. The 2 yr programs are mostly either just onc or heme (usually at community settings), not heme/onc. I've never seen a 2 yr heme onc program.
