For ERAS, if I took Step 1 in May 2005 but received my score in June 2005, do I state that passed it in May (my test date) or do I state that I passed it in June (my score report date)? Does it matter? Thanks in advance for anyone's help on this.

I believe it's when you took it. I don't think it's a really big deal either way though.

Its when you received the passing grade, i.e. score report date (June in your case)

It is when you took the exam.
You pass/fail when you take it, not when they decide to mail you the envelope.
Plus when I looked at my ECFMG certificate it stated pass and dates that I took the steps, not when I received the score.
Good luck.
