Help for spanish doctor

Hi!
I am a spanish family doctor who wants to go to the USA. I have some family in Phoenix so, I would like to stay there for two or three years.
Anybody knows how can I get a job there? Do I have to do the residency again? Can I work in an underserved community?

I am fairly certain that you will have to redo a residency here. 3 years. FIrst you will have to take USMLE steps 1, 2, CS, and eventually step 3. You will have to apply to the match process. Plan on about $5000 and about 2-3 years if you are lucky in applying.

Everyone wants to come here to practice medicine, it is a good job and pretty stable especially if you graduated outside of USA with no debt
