I'm doing a research on 5-oxoprolinuria, because of a little girl hospitalized here on the department of Paediatrics, whose diagnosis is still unclear.
I've found this interesting article, but unfortunately my university doesn't have a Springer Link registration...

I don't have access either through my university. When this situation arises, I always just email the original author of the paper, explain I am writing a paper/researching their topic/etc. and would like to read their paper but do not have access to it.... I have about a 90% success rate.
