Most MBA/MD programs I've seen are get into the MD program first then you get into the MBA Program during first year sometime..... so your focus for now should be getting into a MD program and not worrying about the extra degree at this point
MHA are a whole different ballgame that I know nothing about, most of those programs I've seen are run out of nursing schools and its not that common to see a Physician with one of those degrees
