If you take the PCAT, do you have to report your score? Or is it possible to wait and see how you do, and then decide afterwards (depending on how well you do) whether or not to send your score to schools?

No, you don't have to report it, however, ALL attempts that you've made on the PCAT will be sent eventually whenever you do decide to send your scores.

For example, you get a 30 the first attempt but don't send it to any schools. The next attempt you get a 78 and send your score, the first score will be sent as well so schools will know how many times you've taken it. Essentially, no way to hide a bad attempt.

What if you choose the no score option? Will schools see that as well?!

The only way for you alone to receive your scores is by not entering any school code numbers when you register. If you already listed recipient schools when you registered, you cannot receive your scores without the school(s) that you listed also receiving your scores. You can prevent your scores from being reported to the school(s) you listed by exercising the “No Score Option” at the end of the CBT exam. However, if you exercise the “No Score Option” at the end of the CBT exam, your exam will not be scored, you will receive a personal Score Report that says, “No scores will be reported to you or any schools because you requested the No Score Option,” and no refund of your fees will be possible.

From there official website here:

So, if you do choose the "No Score" option, you also won't be able to see the score. Basically, it's like you never took the test at all. No use in using that option unless you KNOW you did terrible.

I'm not entirely sure, but they may send you a personal score report which comes in a few weeks later regardless. From this point you'll know your actual score.
