Hashimoto's encephalopathy

hey guys. would a case of hashimoto's encephalopathy be a good case write-up?? it represented initially with focal neurologic deficits that neuro thought was MS and PMR thought was a CVA. now with predisone and methimazole, the patient's MRI abnormalities (multiple areas of demyelination) have resolved.
