MD & DO GPA 3.9 and MCAT 506, what are my chances

What are my chances with GPA of 3.9 & MCAT of 506. Was a research assistant at my undergrad school for one year where they just had to learn the procedures like ELISA etc.
I have 2 poster presentations at national level.
Have voluntary community service hours - 1000 hours
Have clinical medical assistant -500 hours
I am planning to retake MCAT June 25th.
Which schools should I apply and what are my chances?
