I know someone who got loans from the government to building housing and apts (under the stipulation that 15% of the occupants must be of low income status; thus payless). I dont know this person well enough to get anymore information than this, but this person would probably not have qualified to get that big of a loan from a private bank or lender.
Are there similar ways to get money from the government to open clinics, urgent cares,.......etc in rural areas/underserved areas? Anyone know anything of the sort? SHould you talk to your local rep for this?
