German med-student is looking for help

Hey there !
I would like to spend a part of my final year (it?s called PJ - Praktisches Jahr) in the US in a Departement of Neurology.
Does anyone know, where it?s worth to apply ?
I need at least a 8 week rotation but some US-Med-Schools allow only 4 week rotations.

I can tell you that we have several German students here (Penn State Univ) and I know that they are here for longer than 4 weeks.

During my final year I also rotated at the University of Virginia, University of Louisville, UCSan Francisco and Baylor College of Medicine who all had German students, many of whom were there for their 16 week terms.
