I am renting a fully furnished condo in southeast Aurora, CO.
The unit is technically a 2 bedroom but the second bedroom is set up as an office.
Quality cookware, new front load washer/dryer, combination overhead/handheld shower head and non slip decals in the tub (for all you future occupational therapists out there).
Price includes internet and utilities (TV too provided there’s any time to actually watch it with the amount of time I’m sure a med student will be spending in the books).
I have included a few pictures but if you would like a dime tour of the place, feel free to reach out.
All in all, it’s a pretty nice place and actually in a better part of town than the campus itself.
