From a University Pathology program to anything besides family or psych

Hey, I'm currently a PGY1 in a excellent university pathology program in NY and I wanted to move to any other field besides family or psych. Literally, OB, ER, IM, Peds, Surgery, i'll transfer to anything. I'd prefer to stay in NY, but I'd consider anywhere.
