I feel kinda bad cuz I know you came here with the BEST intentions, all you wanted to do is talk as a profesional with your american colleagues, lots of people clearly read your post and didn't answer anything, I wouldn't do that if I were in their position, however, I can't since Im only a med student, believe me, if I was a actually a urologist I wouldn't mind at all exchanging some toughts with you.

Im a med student in Costa Rica doing my 4th semester (last semster of 2nd year of course), next semester I'll start my clinical rotation, not very sure about what I'd like to do. Urology seems sort of attractive because it has a good mix between medicine and surgery, like ENT.
Anyways, what do you like about being a urologist?
