FM got fired :( Need PGY2 spot

I was fired. It hurts bad. Still kind of a shock to me because of the reasons, but on the other hand I could feel things weren't working out for a while. At any rate it's happened and I need a spot somewhere. My PD is only giving me 8 months of credit so I guess I'm seeking a PGY1 almost PGy2. If any tips or knowledge on openings that'd would be super helpful
