Since you are a Florida resident you should be applying to ALL your state MD schools. From your OOS list you can remove state public schools such as U Wisconsin, Maryland, Wright State, Louisville, USC Greenville, Cooper Rowan, South Carolina and Arizona since they accept few non residents with your MCAT score.
