Try to keep your spirits up. You passed, and by a healthy margin. Barring unusual circumstances, you will become a doctor in 2019.

Unfortunately, it is tough to say which specialties you will be competitive for with the merger looming but you probably won't have a problem matching into low-tier/historically AOA IM programs. EM is somewhat more competitive, but EM is also unique in that its PDs care more about other factors (SLOEs, step 2) more than Step 1. You won't even know for sure that you even want to do IM or EM until you do third year rotations so for now just focus on crushing third year rotations and Level 2.
