A new study finds that doing just 7.5 minutes of high intensity exercise PER WEEK is effective for improving glucose and insulin markers.

Wow. 7.5 minutes a week. Even busy medical students can handle that! I guess that means no more excuses.

If 7.5 minutes rates an improvement, that's just a marker for how sedentary people are now.
