Can MD write Lortab with exception code 11159.2 for terminally ill patient?

yes, if you practice pharmacy in California (I'm not quite sure about other states). That prescription should be treated as the original security script and kept for 3 yrs after you verify both the doctor and the patient. Hope that help.
