do some programs stop downloading updates from the eras post office sometime before the match?

for sure. I interviewed at one place in late December, and their file on my was missing two of my recommendation letters, both submitted before Nov 1, but after my initial application was submitted on eras mid-September. When my first interviewer noticed this, we quickly got the residency coordinator to print them up and it was not a problem. But this pointed out to me that many programs may only download us once. I would think they'd at least keep downloading till you interview at most places though.
I seriously dobut any of them are really looking for new info about usby now, so if you have something important to at this late in the game (like an awesome step2 score), I'd send it to the programs directly by mail, fax, email to make sure they get it..
