ERAS woes

Here is my situation: I sent in all documents including LORs about a month ago and verified with ECFMG that my documents were received. I applied to 62 programs today at 10:30 am. I notice that my LOR were not uploaded to the post-office. I have also noticed that a number of programs have downloaded my application via ERAS. Here is my question: When will the LOR be sent to post-office? AND- will the programs that have already downloaded my application get the uploaded LORs immediately when the LOR go to post-office or will these applications be incomplete?
