So if you checked the box in ERAS to automatically retransmit your USMLE transcript if new scores come available do you need to do anything else to ensure that the programs receive your step 2 score?

No, if you checked both the first and second box, then your USMLE transcripts will be resent every time something changes on them.

I didn't check the second box, so I actually have to go in and ask them to be resent every time I want programs updated. So, it just depends how you want to do it.
