As an applicant graduating in 2003, I am applying to 4 yr and 3 yr programs. When applying to 3 yr programs, I don't see any box to check to indicate that my app would be for 2004. Does the ERAS program "know" this? How does this work?

If the program only sponsors advanced (CA-1) or categorical (PGY-1) positions, then there is no need to specify which program type you are applying to, as there is only one choice. Befor eyou apply, you should make certain that you know by consulting FRIEDA &/or the program database w/i the NRMP web site.

You have the ability to select choices when a choice actually exists...
