Do people put down undergraduate, or graduate awards and scholarships on ERAS? Or just medical school awards and scholarships.

Has anyone put awards and scholarships prior to medical school on the ERAS?

If there are any program directors here, do you consider undergraduate and/or graduate awards?

I would only put major awards from before medical school. Things such as Phi Beta Kappa, Cum Laude etc.

Don't be shy about mentioning important undergrad accomplishments...research publications, cum laude, scholarships, dean's list...etc
It goes without saying that high school stuff doesn't count.

I put the following undergrad stuff with very brief descriptions: student senator, EMT training, molecular biology research. I had scholarships but didn't mention it. If you think it will strengthen your application, meaning it shows you're going to be a strong resident, then it might not be a bad idea to include it.
